Clyde’s Hiwatt DG-504 Demo
This is a quick video I made to demo the Hiwatt DG-504. Please view my other videos for some better quality sound samples. The other gear used: A Hughes & Kettner 2×12 cab with Celestion Vintage 30′s, a 1995 American Fender Stratocaster with Dimarzio mini humbuckers, a Boss BD-2 Blues Driver with H2O Mod, a Boss SD-1 Super Overdrive with a Tube Screamer Mod, a BYOC Big Muff clone, and a SPF Ego Booster pedal. The camera is a Cannon powershot SD750.

Thanks. Actually if I was looking to get his tine there’s quite a bit more I’d need technically. But, I’m not trying to copy his tone exactly. This is the guitar I use regularly, and the cab I use which makes it a more individualized tone I suppose. I got the Hiwatt at a dealer when they were available, but I believe they’ve been discontinued since. I’m pretty sure there’s a combo on eBay.
to get the perfect gilmour tone youll need fane crescendo speakers in that cabinet. and non humbucking pickups obviously. sounds really good! Where did you find that hiwatt? Ive been looking around for one and Ive had no luck.
