Want English version of software which comes with Panasonic Lumix digital cameras – the CD I received has the Japanese version. Where can I download it?

How much did you save buying the camera overseas?
You may have to find someone with the English version and have them burn a copy for you, although you can download a photo program from Kodak for free that will do all the minimal manipulation to your images that the Panasonic photo program will do. Or download Picasa or photofiltre.
Then just use a card reader to move your images from your memory card to your computer
