Panasonic Lumix Digital Camera?

I have a Panasonic Lumix Digital Camera (Lumix DMC – FS3)
with a 4GB Sandisk SDHC memory card. When I take pics and stuff, everything works fine on the camera (including videos)
However, when I try to upload pictures and videos, the folder that they go into freezes when I open it for some reason, and I can’t work with the pictures. Anybody know what’s happening?

    Check the software, you may need to install it again. If your using Apple, the software may not be compatible.
