Just Bought A Panasonic Lumix Ds75 Camera. Installed Software And Will Not Let Me Upload Pics!so Disappointed
Hi,
I just bought this camera online to use for my sister’s graduation. I installed the Lumix Simple Viewer software and plugged in usb and connected to camera. Will not let me acquire photos. The driver does not show up after software installed. I am using Windows XP. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just a word of warning to those who have the panasonic cameras, I have one and it’s excellent and takes great photos and never had a problem with it It’s the software that comes with it, from arcsoft or something like that. It’s a photo editing software. Please don’t install it or install at your own risk. It’s loaded with spyware!!. At least the version that i got with my camera. I use the software that came with windows xp instead.
Turn on your auto-detect option on the XP.
My Simple Viewer always works on both my XP and Vista computers
