Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi digital SLR camera is a compact and powerful camera that is high performance and incredibly advanced. Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi digital SLR camera has a large 2.5-inch rear LCD monitor that has approximately 230,000 pixels. It features new user interface, wide viewing angle and high precision, wide area 9-point autofocus system. Shooting and reviewing information is easy with the wide viewing angle of 160 and brighter, easier-to-read menus.

It has the Display Off Sensor that turns off the external display automatically when you compose images. It works by turning the screen off when it detects your face against the back panel of the camera. This prevents the LCD monitor’s brightness from disturbing your eye while looking through the viewfinder.

Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi digital SLR camera can shoot up to 3 frames per second, 27 frames in burst. The startup time only takes 0.2 second so you are always ready to shoot. The shutter can record images as fast as 1/4000 seconds and as long as 30 seconds. Also, it synchronizes with Canon Speedlites at 1/200 seconds.

For speedy and accurate focusing, it has the high-precision 9-point AF system that is located on the back. This 9-point AF system can be used manually by pressing the cross key buttons or you can allow the camera to automatically choose the AF for your image. The One-Shot is perfect for still photography, while the AI Servo AF tracks moving subjects. When subjects are moving and stopping, the ideal setting is AI Focus AF as it switches between One-Shot and AI Servo

The Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi digital SLR camera has Picture Style settings to help you edit the color, contrast and sharpness of your images. You can also create three additional settings using the six preset Picture Styles – Standard, Portrait, Landscape, Neutral, Faithful and Monochrome. It has Print/Share button that features advanced camera direct capabilities that allows you to control while direct printing. By connecting the camera to a computer via the USB 2.0 port, you can transfer images from the cameras memory to a computer.
